I reached out to Jason to fix my Dell XPS screen, and he went above and beyond. After diagnosing the device, he recommended purchasing new components. Unfortunately, the parts I bought from a reseller were defective. Jason personally called the reseller, ordered a new display with fast shipping, and returned the defective components on my behalf, ensuring I got a refund from the original seller. If your laptop has an issue, bring it to them!
