I can't say enough great things about Jon and Computer Doc NC! I called at 9:02am on a Thursday morning after not being able to get my laptop to boot up and Jon answered immediately and told me I could bring it in asap. I dropped it off with him and within 10 minutes he called and told me what the issue was. My motherboard was the issue and after discussing my options and my time constraints due to a work deadline, we decided that he would move my hard drive to a new laptop he had on hand. Took my computer in for a new hard drive. They had me back up and running same day. Very knowledgeable, honest and quick. Will definitely use them again.
I cannot explain and words are never enough to express my gratitude! My computer has sat untouched for almost three years because I broke my power cord off in the computer... Well I've not needed it and now l do... In a matter of three days the wonderful people fixed it at a more than reasonable price too..(thanks for taking care of me, you know who you are **wink**) The people here are quality for sure I will recommend them often and never go anywhere else!!
