My hard drive filled up all by itself and I could not even get the computer to boot up. The boys at Computer Discount did a bang up job freeing up disk space so I also gave them the job of installing Windows 10. This also was done with no unexpected problems....thanks guys.

the guy that helped me didnt just throw a price out, he educated me on what I can do to avoid pricey repairs in the future. This wasnt the cheapest trip to the computer store, but I still feel good about what I paid. If you take the time to help people it doesnt feel like Im being taken advantage of. I felt like this trip was helpful and worth it in the long run. Now I know how to clean my computer and keep it running smoothly.... I had no idea before!!

We stopped in to ask about our broken iphone screen. The staff is very friendly and knowledgable. We decided to let them replace our screen. Next day, the screen is ready for pickup. We can't believe how good of their workmanship. The screen is now like new and fully functional. We are so happy! Thank you Computer Discount.

Took my laptop in because it was not displaying anything. They diagnosed it with a bad LCD. Took about a week but when I got it back it was better than new. They had put a upgraded screen in it (IPS) and I did not have to pay extra!

Have had nothing but great service from this company. The guys at Maumee really helped me and my wife out with our desktop computer. We originally brought it in because it was running really slowly and we suspected viruses. It turns out the hard drive was actually bad and the motherboard was starting to go out too. I ended up purchasing a new $699 computer to replace it and am extremely satisfied! Horrible business practices! Incompetent, improfessional. I own a business and recently upgraded to a Mac Air from a Mac Pro. I brought my Mac Pro and Air into Computer Discount to have data transferred from one to the other and to have the MacPro wiped clean. I picked my computers up the next morning an found out that they had transferred ALL files to the Air but left all file structure behind. We have been coming to this store for several years. They have diagnosed all our problems, fixed them, and worked with us to teach us how to better use our computers. I brought my computer in thinking I had a virus.....My computer keep tying up. They actully found out that it was an old hard drive I had installed years ago, causing the problem. I thought I was going to loose all data on that drive and was going to have to buy a new hard drive. They were able to transfer all the data off that old failling hard drive to the other hard drive I had in the computer. (The data wasn't lost....Yeah!)
