On a very recent visit to computer direct Outlet found the employees there to be very cordial and helpful Had a laptop issue would not turn on spoke with Malik they quickly resolve the problem let me know what the issue was and sent me on my way I've been there before with repair issues on my pc they had to complete Parts selection and a tech to help In my opinion it's the best value you can get for computer repair

I Have been a customer with CDO for at least 10 years and trust them to give sound advice and also to help find the best solution for my computing needs and budget. Their techs have years of experience and aren't just some young kid on spring break that thinks he knows something just because he knows how to operate his own computer and help his parents.
Recently had to call CDO for help with a server on our property. Tristan was very professional both in his work and communicated clearly our course of action. He searched for our parts, installed them and did it all quickly, which is exactly what we were looking for. Thanks CDO and Tristan.

CDO has been a life saver on more than one occasion. We had a computer that was having major issues and the techs gave us outstanding service by going above and beyond the level of service of what I was used to from other so called computer stores. They were able to resolve the issue I was having with my computer and actually gave me advice on my individual situation. The people at CDO treated me as if I was part of their family. I highly recommend using their company for any computer related services.
I shop at CDO all the time and they are always very helpful. If I need to replace a part in a computer and I am not sure if that will fix the issue I take it down to their work center and try the part out free of charge before I make the purchase. I think it's great to get help from qualified local people that didn't work in the appliance section last week.
My husband gets all of our computer parts from here because they always seem to have the best deals.
