Douglas replaced the hard drive in my son's laptop in July. Much to our dismay the hard drive failed last week. Computer Depot replaced the hard drive again and reloaded the operating system free of charge. It's nice to know they stand behind the products they sell and work they do. Douglas went above and beyond to turn a frustrating situation into a happy outcome. They really care about their customers.
Thomas and Douglas are both great. They go above and beyond to make sure your computer is back in action. I have been using them for our company computers for probably 3 years now. Always so efficient to take care of us. Most recently, my office computer crashed on a Tuesday, I went out of town and had it back working my first day back the next Monday. These guys are great. Our external hard drive failed and we had all our family photos to include wddding, all of our 2 year olds pictures, and pictures and videos of my wife's grandmother who recently passed away. Not only were they able to restore everything they kept in constant contact with updates and the prices was better than reasonable. Thanks and I will recommend you to everyone I know.
Douglas is amazing! I thought I needed it diagnosed and cleaned for viruses. Turns out it was the hard drive. I had my computer back the next afternoon. He backed everything up for me to ensure I wouldn't lose anything before repairing. Very reasonable price. This is my new "GO TO" computer shop. Thank you for everything! High Recommend*****
