BEWARE!! These guys will NOT fix your computer but rip you off. I took in my laptop to have the cooling fan looked at. They called and said it was just dusty. I went to pick it up and the lid had deep scratches and gouges in it that wasn t there before then when I got it home half the key board isn t working. So they broke my laptop instead of fixing it and its junk now.

This business only cares about getting your money. I purchased a laptop from them, and when I got home it wouldn t start up. When I took it back the tech accused me of overclocking it (!) and didn t want to give me my money back. Also the same time I was back in the store there were two other people returning faulty computers. Worst experience in a retail store I ve ever had.

Dont buy anything here! This place is reselling some used computers that havent even been inspected. The third time was not the charm. All three things I purchased here had to be returned because they had something wront. The 30 days warranty isnt adequate when the computer has an intermitten problem and wont act up for the technician. Just go to Best Buy and get a low end computer.
