We have been a good customer of the company for years but this last visit was our last. Charged $280 for a repair (price started out at $320 then went down when I complained) on a computer worth $250 and never given an estimate before work was approved. Also got ripped off (my bad) on a used computer they sold to us for some $800, later finding out it is selling elsewhere for $300. Tired of getting ripped off by this place. Jim N Ridgeville, OH
