I called to see if they could take a look at my printer. They said that's fine, but they were getting more and more angry and disrespectful as I asked 3 or 4 follow-up questions related to the situation. I eventually had enough, and I decided to take my business elsewhere. Found a more than competent alternative, who answered my important questions, so I have no interest in ever coming here.
Dont judge a book by its cover, this is a very competent shop, fixed my 3 year old Epson printer (that i had over a $150.00 of unused print cartridges for), reset the counters for me so it is good as new! (Epson said it was a throw away!)
