We use CCG for our office computer support and the customer service is great, anytime we have a problem Greg and Mark are right there working it out. I also use them for my personal laptop and remote logins, again, any problems and they are right there getting me through it. We have a satellite office and have had no problems working remotely or if any issues they are addressed quickly.
I cannot share enough how these incredible IT professionals have helped me in a recent transition. Don't hesitate to put your challenges before them, they are up for the job and will help you in any way they can.
