I asked for mouse pads he tried selling me HIS own mouse pad that had crumbs, was dusty, and looked like it was cut with scissors
Amazing customer service and very professional. I am not tech savvy and showed up to get help removing some wires from my PSU. He made it look easy and made sure I understood the technique for removing them in the future and checked to make sure I was going to get the same brand so the wiring would remain the same. 10/10 experience
