According to my Dad, this shop used to be good. He loved Kevin. Kevin is gone now and they've lost their way for sure. Took my Dad's laptop in for scrubbing and tuning. Barely any performance gains even thought the laptop is only 2 years old. They suggested installing a better hard drive....Ok.
