Quick and very knowledgeable!
I WAS LIED TO! I took my son's computer to this repair/drop off store. About 2 weeks passed and I called to check on the status.I talked to the Tech and he told me that the computers keyboard was welded down and he COULDN'T replace it. I paid him 50 for the so called diagnostics test because he said he had to remove a lot of screws to see he couldn't replace the keyboard.
