We had one of our printers that we use every day down. Colt was super helpful, quick and gave us peace of mind from the beginning, and fixed even other issues with our computers. I would recommend Agile Technology!

I WAS LIED TO! I took my son's computer to this repair/drop off store. About 2 weeks passed and I called to check on the status.I talked to the Tech and he told me that the computers keyboard was welded down and he COULDN'T replace it. I paid him 50 for the so called diagnostics test because he said he had to remove a lot of screws to see he couldn't replace the keyboard.
