My laptop would not power on and I was freaking out. I took it to The Computer Clinic, they looked at it on the spot and fixed it. They were very helpful and knowable. Best computer place in town!!
I am very disappointing when they charge me $30 labor cost fee for the checking which is less than 30 seconds(literally 30 seconds, I don't exaggerate) and did not wait whether I give the consent or not. I just stood there and he opened up my laptop with his screwdriver with the thought that he might just look up the system, but will not fully check the system until he receive my consent. I am very disappointed and do not have other words than this.
Great service! Talented duo working hard to fix every bit of your computer. My laptop screen was giving issues -- I figured that it's either a RAM or motherboard problem. Took my computer to TCC and they actually corrected it in 5 minutes, as the display wire below the keyboard was loose. Definitely great skills were needed to correctly identify the problem and TCC guys exactly did that! I'd recommend them for all your computer needs - sales/service/hardware/software!

I had a problem with my computer not starting up. I took my computer to a couple of places which told me to buy another one because it was not worth fixing. I took my computer to the Computer Clinic and was told on the spot it was the hard drive. The price was around $250 and they should be able to recover my data. I spent almost $800 on my laptop so I thought it was worth getting it fixed plus I needed my data. My family purchased 3 laptops from here in December. The first one, the sound didn't work. The 2nd one, the power cord was partially severed I noticed this when I went to unplug it and the cord was to hot to touch (could have started a fire). I took it in they replaced the cord and whatever else was wrong with it that caused it not to work. Less than a month after using the 3rd laptop, the power cord stopped working.
