I don't think you could do anything to improve my recent experience. The Computer Center is very customer oriented and made me feel like my satisfaction was their main goal. I can also speak from an experience my daughter had several months ago. She was visiting from Illinois, and had ordered a remanufactured HP laptop, and had it delivered to Watertown. When it came, it had a faulty charging cord. She was on her way to Best Buy to buy a replacement cord, when she drove by the Computer Center. She decided to stop in there... read more

Eli was great and informative. It took quite sometime to get an Apple battery, but it wasn't his fault. He kept us informed about the process and when it arrived. Once the battery arrived, he installed the part immediately and we picked it up with no issues. Thanks Eli!
