After a lightening strike our computer quit. It is an older computer and we are not extremely computer literate. We took it to Best Buy and were told that we had two options. We could buy their plan for $250 or we could pay $150 for them to see if it was something they could fix. I asked if the computer could not be fixed, would it still cost me the $150 and she said yes.
