I highly recommend. The guy at the counter made me feel comfortable and he was very honest with me and told me what was wrong after they checked my car. He also went out of his way to replace the battery on my key fob when he noticed I couldn’t use it to unlock my car. My overall experience was great and the prices are reasonable.

I was new to the area and this was a shop close to my home. I drive an older car and the owner was always very honest with me and communicated well on suggestions on "should do" and "have to". I never had to wait more than a day or two to get my car in to be diagnosed and repairs were done shortly after!

We have been brought our vehicles to CAA for over 25 years. They have always been fair and professional. It means something that the same people, both owners and employees, have been there for such a long time. Now my children are comfortable taking their vehicles to the shop and I know that they will not be taken advantage of due to their youth or inexperience. In a society full of unprofessional fly by night and shady auto repair companies, the owner/operators of Computer Aided Auto are a breath of fresh air.

I have used CAA on and off for over a decade and never had any complaints. They are through, up front about any and all fees & even offer a payment plan credit program. If you are looking for an honest, reliable company to get your car the service it needs to keep you and your family safe- I highly recommend.

Dave and the crew do excellent work. They are timely and fair--and they've been my go-to service technicians for ten years. It is reassuring to know one's vehicle is in good hands--especially after having had bad experiences with "wrench owners" in the past. Highly recommended!
