Purchased a 2008 Audi from the Gales Ferry Center. The owner, Gary, was exceptionally fair and has gained a loyal customer! Mike made the purchase easy, and I trust his mechanical knowledge. Glad to have a good local shop.
Justin does excellent work! Had him do some work on both my F-150 and my Escape and both vehicles were done in a timely manner and fixed correctly!
They will charge you for phantom work. Went to get a diagnosis and i was charged $120 for things I had already told them. As bad as that was when I tried to get it towed back they jacked up there original price of $150 (witch is already over priced) and wanted to charge me $200 for a tow from Norwich to Griswold. Needless to say I will be suggesting future customers to reputable and reliable mechanics and this certainly is not the place for that.

Being a woman it is hard to find a garage that won't rip me off. I trust Gary Jr and Jeremy and take both my vehicles to them. Honest, trustworthy and would recommend Computech Auto to anyone.
