Want to be overcharged and under serviced, this is your place. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had a tow truck company deliver my vehicle to Computune (formerly Clyde’s tire & brake). They were supposed to take it to Terry’s auto. I didn’t even know until the next morning. Computune called but I never authorized anything and simply sent driver back to pick it up. COMPUTUNE HELD MY TRUCK HOSTAGE and demanded RANSOM for work they were NOT authorized to do. I had my clutch and master cylinder replaced. Same day service and a knowledgeable staff got my old truck running like new.
Very thorough and great prices! They addressed all my concerns clearly, and even just watching them with other people we were all treated the same! I am so happy with them and won't go anywhere else again! Jason was especially awesome, and I don't know how else to express how satisfied I am. Thank you Computatune and your wonderful mechanics!
