I paid nearly $8,000 and still had to take my car to another mechanic to get it fixed. I explained my concerns to Computer Tune from the beginning: my car was driving slowly and sluggishly, and the AC wasn’t blowing cold. Want to be overcharged and under serviced, this is your place. Worst customer service I have ever dealt with. I had a tow truck company deliver my vehicle to Computune (formerly Clyde’s tire & brake). They were supposed to take it to Terry’s auto. I didn’t even know until the next morning. Computune called but I never authorized anything and simply sent driver back to pick it up. COMPUTUNE HELD MY TRUCK HOSTAGE and demanded RANSOM for work they were NOT authorized to do.
