I had a blanket I wanted embroidered for a baby shower. She killed it when I told her just have fun with it! It was a hit when the momma to be opened up her gift. Everyone also wanted to know who I had do it! Got it done in time too. I will be using her for years to come.

Hire more people, because they're turning away customers. Pretty rude and hard to work with. I went to Breese as well.

I just got off the phone with an extremely rude woman at Compustitch Embroidery. When talking to her about options for a hand-me-down jacket, she mentioned I could have the current name removed and the new one put on. I told her I was happy to hear that they could remove the current name, she then YELLED at me over the phone saying "No! You do that! I don't have time for that!" Yelling at customers and telling them how you don't have time for them is poor customer service. Don't worry, Ma'am... You will never get my business... read more

I would not recommend trying Compustitch, I was told that they were too busy for me and they told me to go somewhere else. They didn't even apologize. It was horrible customer service.
