Our laptop was not charging anymore, and despite our best efforts to purchase new charge cords (with limited success), it really was becoming a problem and we ran out of time before a proposal submission and semester away. David worked with us to fix a variety of issues with the laptop and gave us some good advice as well. He was smart, great to work with, and friendly. Definitely recommend and we will return for any future computer needs! Thank you David!!
We took our laptop here to fix some operating issues. David did it quickly, professionally and with a smile; he really knows his stuff. It is so great to have a computer repair store in the community - we'd still be waiting for it if we'd brought it to a "big box store"
