Very nice phlebotomy! Excellent service and good atmosphere. Very little waiting and excellent care.
Took over 40 minutes to be called back after everyone went around me. Had to check in a second time after getting a survey for my visit. The first check in wasn’t on their screen. Left the room door open for my blood draw. While drawing my blood another patient with a urine cup walked to the door asking questions. The only explanation I was given was you should have said something sooner. I have a text message showing that I checked in correctly.
