I can't begin to explain how absolutely wonderful Chad was at helping my older parents with their computer questions. I wasn't sure where to turn to find someone to go into my parents (in their 80's) home and help with setting a printer up, getting wifi fixed and just answering their basic, and not so basic, questions.
