Very frustrating. They did not pay for shipping and handling, even though when I bought it it had free shipping/handling through Amazon and now are charging a re-stocking fees. The hard drive I bought from them crashed my computer several times. Therefore the item had to be returned and I expected a full refund. Instead they shorted me over $13, plus made me pay for shipping/handling.
