Henry has gone out of his way to fix our Dell All-in-One desktop. He spent several hours downloading our data when the hard drive/flash drive crashed.....when Dell told us our only option was to fix the computer and lose " everything" or have a useless computer. Thank goodness I phoned Henry! We now have ALL of our photos, documents, etc!!! Thank you, Henry......Tom & Judi

Compucom is my go-to place for all things computers, especially Macs! Henry has always been so good at returning calls, following up with me after my having computer issues, repairing my MacBook and HP computers. He's always gone above and beyond in helping me with questions, no matter how big or small. Thank you, Henry! You're the best!
My Dell is now repaired !! Very friendly and they take the time to explain things to me so I could understand. I received a call with a short time on what was wrong and the hard drive was bad. I was given options on the repair and the cost. Within a few days, I picked up my repaired Laptop in good working order. I will continue to return for help at Compucom Computers for future service.
