Had a laptop that wouldn't boot to WIN10 an couldn't recover the data files. They had the laptop for over a week while trying over 20 decryption tools. They were also not successful in recovering the lost data but they provided a list of everything they tried and did not charge for their time and effort. Fair and honest ... best recommendation I can give!

Remarkable technicians who are reasonably priced, honest, very friendly and always respectful. Very helpful and can resolve any issues that affect my HP and Mac. I have taken my pc's as needed to them for 10 years and have always been impressed with their knowledge.
