Don't us them very very average service Not happy at all
Horrible company to deal with. Need a chlorinator replaced and you think they would want to sell you something (that is the point of business afterall) but have been trying to call them for a week and no one picks up the phone. Contact them by email asking a question and to call me to discuss. I just get basic incomplete responses and no call. Can't by their products anywhere else either so don't bother with this company. Absolutely no support.
This is based on my experience of dealing with a warranty claim with Tropical Pool Store and Compu Pool. I had a chlorinator cell leak and burnout at the terminals 2 years into a 6 year warranty. Yes, there was water leaking where the element penetrated the plastic housing. This caused the heat and corrosion. I sent a video to demonstrate this. Tropical/Compu pool stores is scam. I purchased replacement salt chlorinator cell in 2022 with 6 years warranty. In Jan 2025 salt chlorinator cell stop producing chlorine. Submit warranty claim, 1st they ask send chlorinator to Compupool Products 7 Hilldon Court Nerang QLD 4211. I send chlorinator to given address. No response. After multiple phone calls, Tropical pool stores are asking prorated warranty money $170 for ($480 of purchase). Tropical pool stores and Compupool both are same and do not believe in product quality ... read more
Bought a chlorinator and cell had nothing but trouble with it ,warranty isn't worth the paper it's written on, they will keep fobbing you off . DO NOT BUY ANYTHING OFF THEM there goods are rubbish.
