The entire staff from CompuGen Williamsport was terrific! Colin made more than one visit ; he was prompt, skilled, and very cordial. My problems were solved. Jason set me up with a new laptop for a good price.; He was also very great to work with. Conner is clearly a dedicated and honest man, who was great to deal with. I'll recommend this team to anyone who needs home internet services. Very pleased.
I just had several problems with my laptop, tablet and phone working properly and in sync. Causing me a great deal of mental stress and not able to solve problems related to identity theft. Collin spent 3 hours with me and was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and very impressive. I did not know even how to explain every problem I was having, but he seemed to know what to fix and it led to other things working properly. At Compu-Gen, you will not find AI “robots.”You will not find an inexperienced staff. Instead, you will find staff members who know their product and really listen to what YOUR computer needs may be. They don’t just “sell” you a computer, and send you on your way. They are available to answer any (computer) questions you may have. My sincere “Thank You” to Jason!
