I just had several problems with my laptop, tablet and phone working properly and in sync. Causing me a great deal of mental stress and not able to solve problems related to identity theft. Collin spent 3 hours with me and was so kind, polite, knowledgeable and very impressive. Jason saved my life! I deleted all my documents from my laptop not realizing that I had my business logged in the background So I ended up deleting ALL of my documents for our business as well as my personal items from both my laptop AND my work desktop computers at the same time. He was able to access my device remotely and not only recovered all my items (over 3,000), he was also willing to take the time to explain to me why this happened and how to prevent it in the future.
