Bought a tractor and zero turn mower from them in summer 2023. Great service. Brian was my salesman. He even welded hooks on my bucket for me. Both have performed well so far. Im so grateful for all the helpful advise Brian gave me. I would give 10 stars if I could
Been waiting on my repair for 1 month now. I won’t return.
They are quick to respond to the calls, delivery, and service. From the first moment I have talked to them I felt like I was talked down on. Maybe its because I'm a female and they think I know nothing about my machines I'm bringing in. For example when I was first describing the problem my tractor had they would cut me off to make sure I said the technical term. Yes I get I may not have been saying the words properly but; one don't cut a customer off and two you knew what I meant enough to interject the proper words. Cost a... read more
Just bought a zero turn mower from Comptons. At first they didnt seem like it made any difference if I was there or not. 2 days later I show up again, and customer service changed. They seemed friendly and ready to help me with my purchase. I think they just leave you alone unless you want help, or want to buy something. Well see how the service is if I ever have a problem with my new mower. I still like the Mom and Pop type places when it comes to that personal feel. The price for the mower was the same as Home Depot by the... read more

not very friendly and seem on the rude side. they just dont seem like they care you even gave them your business. I wont be back.
