I had a very disappointing experience with this rental agent. (Olivia Denis )She has arranged for an electrician to inspect the smoke alarms, but the electrician never turned up. When I contacted the her to ask what had happened, instead of apologising or helping to reschedule the appointment, I was treated rudely. Just went through an application and inspection process with Linda. All comms were very clear and respectful, I found them super helpful!
My experience with Compton Green was excellent. I leased through them for 2 years and whenever I had any maintenance requests they were actioned immediately without question. I had a serious flea infestation in my backyard out of my control and they were willing to cover the costs for this and were very accommodating. I had Cathy has my property manager for this past year and she and the team at Compton Green have been fantastic. Cathy has always been quick on the reply, quick on organisation and just very helpful in general. From a tenant point of view, I recommend them very highly.
