prompt, friendly atmosphere hand massage was nice-took your mind off what they were doing to your teeth everything explained clearly
I felt very welcomed for my first visit. I liked the fact that they show you on a TV screen what is going on with your teeth.
Everything was explained to me. I really didn't want a crown, I just wanted my tooth pulled, but Dr.John explained the reasons why a Crown would be the better option. I trust his judgement and everything went good.
The only negative was that after being told he would go explain everything to my wife that was done (because I was so loopy), Dr. Grant did not talk to my wife. She was in the waiting room the whole time I was being treated. We left the office without knowing everything that was done.
I LEARNED A LOT.
