I have been a customer of Comptec for eight years and these last few times that I needed service I was very disappointed. First incident.....I took my computer in for repairs and Comptec kept my pc for a whole week till finally I got tired of waiting and I called them the technician said I called you three days ago and left a message..... there is no way I would have missed his call since I had been waiting for my computer a whole week . Great service, John has done work on several of our computers for us over the years. He informs us prior to repair, what the problem is, the estimated cost of repair and how long it will take. Would recommend Comptec anytime.

A really good place for anybody that needs any hardware or software fixed onto their computer. I recently brought in my Dell and it was really slow and not responding too well. So I took it to Comptec and they helped me out a lot; they installed more RAM onto my computer and did some tweaking up and now it's running smoothly. Thanks again.
