Initially used them a year ago -- fantastic service. Round two -- tried to reach them multiple times over two weeks to purchase/install another computer using both the business number and the cell phone number the owner left after he installed a computer for me last year. Never. Returned. The. Calls. Very poor business model if they want your business. Extremely disappointed but I moved onto another vendor who was MUCH more responsive, helpful and attentive!
