I absolutely cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Silverman. I had a poor experience with another gynecologist years ago that left me very anxious and skeptical (think unnecessary surgery due to a combination of overzealous treatment plans to make money and an inability to take the time to read a lab report fully ) and I am so grateful to have found Dr. Silverman. Well set up for Covid distancing. Friendly staff and Dr. Silverman who is professional and caring.
Just went for Covid testing & one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve encountered. The young lady at the front desk has zero people skills. Mentioned something to her coworkers & nothing was said. It’s a shame that as a first time visitor I’ll never go back because of her absolute rude behavior.
