wonderful Doctors I have had 3 children delivered by this group and everyone including the staff is wonderful, caring and knowledgable. Clean waiting room, although on the crowded side most of the time and parking is tough also. Nice decor in the office and office staff takes care of the insurance aspect of your bill for you. Appointment times are tough to get due to the high volume of patients, but they are worth it!! Very recommended.
Rude & Overbooked Check In - RUDE Waited over an hour before finally having enough! They overbook and then are rude when you have the audacity to ask if you will be seen anytime soon. No matter when I go - early AM - Mid Afternoon - End of the day ...the wait has always been the same AT LEAST (and it could be longer) one hour.
Bankers Hours Only Good doctors, and a nice place, but good luck getting someone or something when you need it. Bankers hours only. If you need a last minute or emergency script or refill, you had better have a backup plan, because you won't be getting what you need until monday when they open again.
The Very Best I have delivered 4 children with CWHS and have always felt so comfortable with the doctors & staff. I had the great opportunity of seeing each of the doctors for each of my deliveries and I can tell you that their best quality is bedside manner! They care for you like you are one of their family and explain things to you so that you can understand them. Might I also say that if you have complications they provide Lehigh Valley specialists for you on site so that you do not have to make a long trip. They provide... read more
So-so They are nice enough people, and it is a clean office. I agree with the poster who said they're hard to get a hold of, at least if you're using their normal menu on the phone. Also, the waiting room wait and the wait in the exam room(s) are LONG. Too long when you have some serious concerns/are in a potential emergency situation. I swear I sat in the waiting room 30-45 mins (pretty typical of dr's offices) but then waited in the exam rooms at ultrasound room at least 30 mins/each.
