I rarely leave reviews, but what my wife and I experienced here needs to be shared. At 32 weeks pregnant, my wife was suddenly refused care over a payment issue, after being repeatedly reassured by front desk staff that as long as we were making even small payments, everything would be fine. We were made to feel comfortable and had no reason to believe her care would be interrupted. Instead, we were misled. I had an extremely upsetting experience with this office that I feel others should be aware of. *DO NOT RECOMMEND* At 32 weeks pregnant, I was informed with only 24 hours’ notice that I would no longer be seen due to payment/insurance issues. This came after ongoing communication challenges, and there was no meaningful effort to work through options, offer a payment plan, or ensure a safe transition of care. First of all, the front desk staff is AMAZING! Very friendly and helpful. I can tell this is a great place to work. Additionally Brooke Jackson, who I've seen for years, is fantastic. She actually listens and tries to help. The staff is five stars. Unfortunately, this office doesn't seem very up to date on helping with perimenopause. This, I'm told, is pretty normal. And it's sad that this is the case in 2026. They have a blood test to measure hormone levels, which any perimenopausal woman will tell you can change drasticall... read more

I will never return to this practice or to Dr. Lana Powell. I have come to her as my doctor with multiple symptoms correlated to an ovarian cyst. These symptoms were overlooked and were never addressed. I had to make an urgent care trip for excruciating pain in my abdominal area, where a Cat Scan discovered an 8 cm ovarian cyst on my left ovary (very large). I see Brooke Jackson for my appointments. The lady at the front desk is so nice, and my annual checkups go so well. I breeze right through my annual pap. 10/10 for this office. you guys are awesome!
