Worst office in Michigan. Last 2 appointments my daughter sat there for 3 hours with 2 small children and pregnant. She finally just left because it was taking too long.. Not to mention, she also drives 45 minutes to get there. Today she went in for an appointment sat there for two hours to get called in and when she got to the front desk they told her that they were no longer going to see her as a patient anymore because she has missed too many appointments. Run far far away from this practice and Dr. White. Almost half way through my pregnancy I had to find a new OBGYN only because my insurance changed and my originally OB office unfortunately didn’t accept it. Dr White office was recommended to me. After waiting a hour and half to see him for my first appointment he accepted me as a patient. My second appointment I waited almost 2 hours and the nurse didn’t even know why I was there and didn’t even know I was pregnant until looking in the chart. My wife was seeing Dr White for our most recent pregnancy and while he is a nice and decent doctor, their wait times for appointments are BEYOND RIDICULOUS. Today, my wife had a 10:30am appointment and after waiting over 2 HOURS with our 2 week old infant, she walked out. Every single appointment turned into a day-long affair as the wait times always exceeded 1 hour past your scheduled appointment time with nothing more than a “sorry” when you inquire about it.
