Dr Reddy takes his time during an exam and is extremely thorough. His staff is kind and helpful too.
While the doctor was nice the one time I was able to be seen, they called me a week before my appointment and told me I’d have to reschedule it, even though I’d been waiting over a month at that point to be seen because their wait times are so long. When I called back, admittedly frustrated, the staff was rude, tried to rush me off the phone, refused to listen to or answer any of my questions, and tried to lecture me when I called back to ask to speak with the office manager. Pleasant lab work
Courteous, patient, and explains all medical and surgical matters. Surgical results have been excellent.
Tecnician did a very nice job on taking the carotid artery info. Dr. Boules did a good job explaining the results and future.
