Very unprofessional doctors office. They claim every time "your insurance never provided a global referral, you need to have that with you". It's the office's job to I've never had problems with any specialist getting a referral, especially for a basic problem, from my insurance company. I've heard them say this to many patients in the waiting room (I've been here a couple times over the past few years). I waited nearly 45 mins past my appointment to be called in. The black desk clerk need an attitude adjustment no people skills at all.The Dr might have been okay I never saw him she said I didn't have appointment and I did.I was to glad to leave light skin desk clerk with big eyes no thank u at that clinic

My scripts were sent to the wrong pharmacy twice , and my confirmation call gave me the wrong address. When I called to figure out what my next options where no one would pick up the phone until we finally called back and hit the doctor line. Someone picked up right away then. The damage is done I took the day for this and it was a waste of time. We then noticed the other reviews are bad to and I can see why.

I had taken my father in the office as a new patient. He’s disabled and it is hard enough getting him to his doctors visit. The receptionist were not very welcoming the staff was very rude. The doctor was amazing however the rest of the staff was very rude.

The doctors seem competent. My two kidney stone operations on different occasions went fine.(two different drs) They seem to have a new office system that leaves the patient on their own. They say callbacks are within 24-48 hours. But if you have questions or problems getting meds that doesn't help at all. The answering service they have greet you like they just woke up and are that way until the end of the conversation. They are just the message takers and can offer no help.
