I had one visit for what they think is OAB. Very common. They gave me a med to try and was instructed to call them back to let Dan know if they worked or not. They did not, so I called four (4) yes, 4 times to get a try a new med, no answer for over 2 weeks. In the mean time, I am in pain and they ignore me. Got a new urologist. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS OFFICE FOR ANYTHING.
Dealing with a possible cancer issue. I havent gotten a single call back without waiting on hold and being sent to voicemail at least 3 times, it took them over 7 days to order a test we were supposed to get and it's been over 3 weeks without it. They wanted to draw blood in the office after an apt, forgot we were there and the whole office went to lunch with us waiting in the room. Its been a terrible experience and I still can't get any answers or responses or call backs.... if you need a urologist for something serious do... read more
Poor office/front desk communication. Hire a receptionist or two, you have the money and there are people who want to work. Could be good if they’d staff the front office and actually hire someone instead of using AI and always having the staff scrambling to keep up. Ran and managed very poorly
The short salt n pepper haired male Dr. Should be thankful I didn't file assault charges on him for throwing a file at my mother who is is a wheel chair with multiple sclerosis who has 2 screws and a metal plate in her foot all because she couldn't give a urine sample knowing she is incontinent and can't walk. Extremely rude and disrespectful. If I don't get a phone call with an apology I'm pushing this issue ALL THE WAY! Randy Chudler you need to call and apologize.
