Andrea was friendly, professional & efficient. Very short wait time- timely lab results.
While I believe the Doctors here are top notch, the office staff is very disappointing. I was a patient there and when I was at Good Shepherd Hospitsl for a CT scan a question arose about the procedure. The Radiology staff at Good Shepherd called CUC office for my Doctor to get the question answered but he was unavailable. However, the on call Dr. was available who told the Radiologist that I was not his patient and would not resolve the issue. I had to leave the hospital with out my scan.
