I was sent to this facility and immediately felt as though I had been transported back in time over 20 years. I reported several HIPAA and OSHA violations to the appropriate entities, including extremely unacceptable standard operating procedures (SOPs) such as visible sign-in sheets. There were multiple instances of unsafe handling and collection of bodily fluids.
