As a mother, it was extremely upsetting to witness how my daughter was treated following her procedure. She had just come out of anesthesia and was still incoherent and unable to walk, yet it felt like the priority was moving patients in and out as quickly as possible rather than ensuring she was stable and fully recovered. Terrible experience! I would avoid them!!! Before making an appointment they check to make sure my insurance is covered. I get to my appointment 8am they say I’m sorry we don’t take your insurance. I call my insurance company and confirm that they cover this doctor, they said yes. They still wanted to see me for $250 cash!!! Terrible office
I’ve been a patient for a few months at cspp and my experience has always been outstanding. From the moment I walked in, the staff is very welcoming and professional. The clinic runs efficiently with minimal wait time, and they always have been very accommodating with scheduling. Staffs personality is on point very friendly and always take time to check in on me while I get my treatment. Recommend cspp for paint management!
All of a sudden they stopped taking my medi Cal insurance.
I recommend CSPP. I have the pleasure of seeing Victoria, PA along with Dr. Ajakwe. The office staff for the most part are good. However, the wait times both in the office and on the phone are long, frustrating and very very time consuming. Majority of my appointments are between 15 and 60 minutes late.
