WORST CLINIC : My appt was at 1:20pm. Their 12 noon did not show up. They then sent an Uber to my house while I was in the shower for a 12:37pm drop off. I am telling my attorney: Please tell Comprehensive Spine to stop bugging me. They keep calling me for an injection. Finally, I said I would go (even though we talked about Dr writing letter for surgery)…I was in the shower for my 1:20pm appt and the Uber was at my house an hour and a half early. I have been with Comprehensive Spine for over a year now. I had great care with them for my meds and injections that I needed for my condition. When it came to scheduling my surgeries they say I needed to improve my conditions and return to work they failed to follow thru. I have used almost all my FMLA hours waiting for surgeries to be scheduled. I have never experienced anything like it.
