If you require a nurse to call you to answer a simple question between appointments, this is not the practice for you. And they're closed Fridays, so that's one more day you won't get a call back.
My wife and I have been coming to this clinic for more then 2 years. I have to say I am very impressed with the new crew at reception. I seen the up and downs with staff this facility has gone through. The two ladies at the front seem very nice and warm hearted and very professional They go out off their way to make sure the patient are taken care off. I do have to say that their phone system is still horrible. The phones were ringing nonstop very loud making hard for my wife and others to concentrate on her tablet assesment... read more
I believe I have been a patient for about 2 months. Everyone is very nice and attentive, except for a nurse I spoke with, can’t remember her name, but she was very cold, rude, short and extremely dismissive. I had knee surgery and they were fantastic during that time. I unfortunately have been to a few pain management clinics and this is the best BY FAR. I have already referred several people to this clinic. (I work with the elderly population)
