Waited hours to see doctor and for a year was mistreated meds not called in right and doctors put me in ER twice with there lack of care.

I feel that the staff was warm and inviting. They are still working out some of the procedures for UA. ( it weird to carry your urine out of the bathroom and place it on a tray) The Doctor who saw me was attentive, listened to my concerns and offered possible options to move forward in my pain management. I was impressed and would recommend this location to anyone who is looking into pain management.

Started here back in June! They have been great!! Dr. Blick has, and still does, try different things/procedures for me until we find something that helps and works!! Staff is always nice! Procedures are always smooth and all of the staff from nurses, to the pain doctors/PAs, to the CRNA, and everyone in between, are always wonderful. Very thankful

I've been going to Edmond location since before they moved.since then I've made 3 wasted trips because of scheduling foul ups including one surgery that they told me that my insurance and Indian health services had authorized went and had my pre op medical done and they called me the day before and said they had not gotten ihs authorization yet and I asked her when they scheduled did you get both authorized she said yes so I scheduled vacation at work to cover the time off which I had to undo.so here I am in pain without pai... read more
