Now called "Sleep-EZE" Closed sign is showing even though there are people in the office. You will not see a real doctor except for the first "consultation" even though insurance requires you to have follow up visit with the doctor. Staff is very rude and unprofessional (e.g. wearing shower shoes in the office). Front office is dirty and disorganized with at least 30 post it notes hanging around the office. Once a bill is paid, expect to receive 2-3 additional requests for payments. Avoid at all costs.
Haven't been able to get a hold of n e one . No one ever answers the phone.. This is ridiculous!
