The doctors and medical staff at the sleep care locations are fine. The medical practice management is horrific. There is a single number for call "corporate" line. Then a normal list of choices. However, no one returns a call following up on voice messages. The practice cannot bill insurance correctly. After several years of fighting ccsc's poor medical practice management, I left to another practice. The joy, ccsc cannot figure out/too lazy to forward my medical record to the new doctor. Very disappointed with the way this office handle the payments. I paid the cost estimate before receiving the EOB from my insurance. It turned out my insurance covered all the cost. It was in October 2025 and until today I have not received my money back despite at least 5 times I called them. Every time I called, they said that there is a credit and they will put a note so the manager can issue a refund check. Have not seen the check!! Lesson learned do not pay their estimate cost until you receive the EOB from your insura... read more
