The doctors are great. The equipment technician is great. The facility is clean in Woodbridge and Dumfries and Manassas. We had an issue with appointment changes, demanding a copay over virtual call ( where you only hear a persons voice even though they could have a video). ( why not have a cc on file) The front desk says they don’t bill, but I received a bill in the mail for a visit. The sleep technician showed up 25 minutes late. Worst service you will ever find, doesn't respond to emails for days, doesn't call back, send messed up bills and will never fix it. The doctors are good btw.
I was nervous before my sleep study and I don't know why. My tech justice made me feel so comfortable. She explained everything well as she was doing it. She answered all of my many questions . I slept well
Sam Yanik was a real help, he was very patient and kind with my dad. Super great place.
Sam Yanik is such a thorough and patient technician. I appreciated his time and effort. Made me feel heard. Very personable. I believe he is a GREAT addition to the staff at Comprehensive Sleep Care. I will definitely recommend this facility.
