Profit over Patient, if I could give 0 stars, I would. Staff at Comprehensive Sleep Center were downright rude, refused to return phone calls, and ignored my emails. Most egregiously however, staff intervened between myself and the dentist providing medical care. Comprehensive Sleep Center's lab decided, on their own, to change measurements that were taken of my mouth, for creation of an oral device. Please avoid this practice. I have had the same experience as what seems like many others. I had two telemedicine appointments in 2023, one of them being when I had 2 insurance providers. The practice made a billing mistake where supposedly somehow they didn’t successfully bill it to ANY insurance — and they never informed me of this until OVER TWO YEARS LATER in 2025. I had a great experience during my sleep study. Jen, the sleep tech, was awesome—she was friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable. The building is very secure, and they met me in the lobby when I arrived, which made check-in simple and reassuring. The bed was surprisingly comfortable, the directions to the facility were clear, and the bathrooms were clean and well maintained. Bill after bill continues to arrive, and it does not appear that my insurance is being billed correctly. In addition, I paid an extra fee for a medical opinion letter/DBQ that I still have not received. I have made repeated requests for updates, and each time there has been little to no follow up. “I scheduled an overnight sleep study at this center back in mid-April for June 21st. Upon arrival today, I was told my appointment had been canceled without any prior notification. This center is poorly managed and lacks communication. Funny part is they also do not support parking validation, and I had to pay an additional $3 for parking. On top of that, I am required to contact their system admin myself to reschedule. Overall, I am extremely disappointed.
