Absolutely impossible to communicate and get in touch with. Scheduled a study 4 months in advance and they cancelled it the day before.
I’ve seen another review smart enough to realize these excessive positive reviews can’t be true. My best friend has been struggling for two weeks dealing with the incompetence and lack of care from anyone in this facility. All I have to say is make sure your paperwork is complete and accurate and that you receive everything you need the first visit because once you leave their doors they will not think of you ever again. Even calls from pharmacists are ignored. Shame on everyone working here. Do better.
