I just started getting a bill for $5 from 4 years ago. This is totally absurd. Someone from this facility evidently didn't log my $5 copay. I would recommend staying clear of this facility. I spoke to Madelyn from billing and she even told me that you aren't the only one getting bills from long ago and that they have a problem with their billing. Save yourself the grief from their incompetence.
I have been seeing Doctor Shalesh Kaushal, in The Villages and Beyond since September 2020. My first impression of his practice was dealing with his staff on scheduling appointments went excellent. His medical technicians were all customer service orientated friendly and very professional. When I had my first seating with Doctor Kaushal within minutes I knew that I was sitting in the correct examination chair.
