Dr Hines is good, but the customer service front desk is horrible….not just once or twice Every time I go!
Worst customer service
Horrible and unprofessional to deal with. I was discussing a bill with a girl on the phone today (7/13/24) and she got extremely rude so I asked her what her name was and she literally hung the phone up on me. I definitely do not recommend this place.
Kara Waldrop will be sorely missed. Her compassionate and empathetic nature, along with her medical expertise has helped me deal with my chronic pain and arthritic degeneration as best as possible.
